Oh, Connecticut. You are a disappointment! I guess that means you don't have many oddballs thinking up strange things to do with animals, which is good for you, but a letdown to those of us dying to make fun of you. I could only find two silly laws regarding animals in Connecticut:
In Willamantic, horses are not allowed out on the streets and highways at night unless the animal has a "bright" red taillight securely attached to its rump. I seem to recall another state with this law. Hmmmm. Maybe it ought to be considered. And maybe there is a market for horse tail light attachment straps. Or something.
In Hartford, you may not educate dogs. I love a dopey dog as much as the next person, but a whole city full of dumb dogs might be too much to take. And now the cats will really have the upper paw.
